Leon Trammell – Chairman of the Board
Leon Trammell is founder and CEO of Tramco, Inc. (“Tramco”) located
in Wichita, Kansas which produces environmentally friendly bulk material
handling equipment. This equipment is used in cereal food processing and
general industry. Tramco has sold conveyors to the ethanol industry for over 20
years, including to ICM and other major ethanol plant builders. Tramco operates
a state-of-the-art 130,000 sq. ft. manufacturing facility in Wichita, Kansas
where 100 employees manufacture conveyors which have been sold to customers
located in all 50 states and 52 foreign countries. A successful business for 40
years, Tramco now does more trade outside the United States than within. Tramco
has a sales and manufacturing facility in Hull, England and a sales office in
the Netherlands. Tramco has alliance partners in many foreign countries such as
Argentina, China, Colombia, Mexico and others. Mr. Trammell also serves on the
Board of Directors of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce.

Steve Cloud - Vice Chairman
Steve Cloud is the President of Tramco. Mr. Cloud started his
career with Tramco in 1977. Over the past 29 years Mr. Cloud has worked in all
aspects of operations. Tramco produces environmentally friendly bulk material
handling equipment. Mr. Cloud held different positions as an engineer in
Tramco, including Chief Engineer, before being appointed president in 1998.
Mr. Cloud directed the opening of Tramco’s European offices as well as the
development of alliances with partners in Argentina, China, Colombia and
Turkey. In 1998 Tramco sales were almost $9,000,000 and by 2006 that number
increased to over $25,000,000, an increase of 284%.

Bert Farrish - CEO and President
Mr. Bert Farrish has joined Everton after over four years with the
United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) where he served as Deputy
Administrator for Commodity Operations for the Farm Service Agency. In that
role he was responsible for the administration of the bio-energy program which
fostered the growth of both the ethanol and bio-diesel production. Other
responsibilities included the administration of the dairy price support
program, administration of the United States Warehouse Act (USWA), maintenance
of posted county prices for program crops, and the acquisition and logistics
for domestic and international food aid programs.
Mr. has been active in the U.S. grain industry for over 30 years in a variety
of roles. Prior to service in the Bush Administration Mr. Farrish was with
Columbia Grain, Inc. in Portland, Oregon for twenty one years serving as its
President for five years. He has also been active on numerous grain trade
related boards and task forces.
Mr. Farrish is native of Mississippi and attended Mississippi State University
where he earned a B.S. degree in agricultural engineering technology and
business in 1972.

Blake Hendrix - Vice President
Prior to joining Everton, Hendrix, who is a chemical engineer,
served as vice president of operations processing and refining for
AgProcessing, Inc., where he was responsible for the operations of AGP’s
soybean processing, corn ethanol, soybean oil refining and methyl ester
(Biodiesel) production at the firm’s 9 plant sites. Before AGP, Hendrix held a
variety of senior management, sales, and engineering positions with the Alfa
Laval organization, including serving as business manager for the company’s
fats & oils, oil, and protein technology segment.

Jerry Byrnes - CFO
Byrnes comes to Everton Energy with a strong background in both the
grain and ethanol industries. Mr. Byrne’s has strong experience working with
start up companies. His experience in putting policies, procedures, financing
and controls in place within the first few months will be a tremendous asset to
Everton. His fourteen years experience in the grain industry as a
CFO/controller strengthens Everton’s commodity trading, risk management and
financial expertise stated President & CEO Farrish.
Farrish further stated that “Jerry brings to Everton extensive experience and a
solid background in corporate accounting and finance. He will be a tremendous
asset in assuring a successful startup of Everton.”
